Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Forsait service, including our website and applications (together, the "Service"), operated by Forsait Labs, Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What Forsait does
Forsait analyzes conversations you choose to share with it and provides you with insights based on them. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
- Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and use only accounts that belong to you.
3. Acceptable use
- Capture only conversations you have the right to share. Do not use the Service to collect other people's conversations or data without their permission.
- Do not misuse the Service. No attempts to break, overload, probe, or reverse engineer it, and no use that violates law or third-party terms.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party tools you use alongside Forsait.
4. Early access
The Service is in an early stage. Features may change, break, or be discontinued, and outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. We may suspend or modify the Service while we develop it.
5. Your content, our service
You retain all rights to your conversations and content. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and analyze that content to operate the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Service itself, including our software, technology, and branding, belongs to Forsait Labs, Ltd.
6. Insights are not advice
Forsait's outputs are informational. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice, and no decisions should be made in reliance on them as such.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forsait Labs, Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, 100 USD).
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 5 through 7 survive termination.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
