Privacy Policy
Forsait helps you understand how you work with AI tools. To do that, it analyzes conversations you choose to share with it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep. The short version: you decide what is captured, we use it only to provide the service, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Account information. Your email address, provided when you sign up with email and password or sign in with Google.
- Conversations you choose to capture. With your explicit consent, Forsait's applications capture the content of conversations you hold with supported AI tools, along with related metadata such as timestamps. Capture only runs while you are signed in, have given consent, and have it switched on. You can pause it at any time.
- Derived data. Analytical measures our system computes from captured conversations in order to provide your insights.
- Technical data. Basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile information (email address) to create and authenticate your account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or any other Google service data. Forsait's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google account data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared except as described in this policy.
How we use your data
- To provide you with the service's insights and features.
- To operate, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversation content for advertising. We do not train third-party AI models on your data.
Where your data lives
Data is stored with established cloud infrastructure providers that process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Data is encrypted in transit.
Sharing
We share personal data only with the infrastructure providers above, with your organization's managers as described here, or if required by law. If your account is provided by an organization, its managers can see your insights and usage statistics, linked to your email address. They cannot see the content of your conversations. Aggregated, de-identified statistics that cannot identify you may be used in research and product materials.
Your controls
- Pause or stop capture at any time. Capture is off unless you have opted in.
- Sign out to stop all collection tied to your account.
- Delete your data. Email us at [email protected] to request deletion of your data or your entire account. We honor verified requests within 30 days.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
Age
Forsait is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 or older.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product.
